Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Noir Lone website at noirlone.com (the "Site") or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

About Noir Lone

Noir Lone LLC is a fragrance brand incorporated in the State of California. We sell fine fragrance products directly to consumers within the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit availability of any product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, photography, and fragrance notes are provided for informational purposes. Slight variations in color or appearance between photography and the physical product may occur.

All fragrances are formulated and safety-assessed in compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations, including the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA).

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Noir Lone does not store payment card information on its servers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Noir Lone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation and we will work to make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, product names, brand identity, and fragrance names — is the property of Noir Lone LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noir Lone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
